Time Clock will not install on 2 machines Options

Hi,

I am trying to install the time clock program but on 2 of my computers (both windows xp) it tells me I am missing the .NET framework program.
Says I need version 2 & provides a link to the general web page to get it.

I installed the only one available, which is version 4 & the time clock program will will not install - giving me the same error despite a reboot of my system.

How can I install this program?

Also is there an email address where the company can be contacted - it is not listed on the web page.
