I want the no rounding, but it keeps the database in hundredths of minutes rather than whole minutes.
I need it to keep it in minutes because the conversion from hundredths (decimal) to minutes (60) leaves some leftover pennies when i enterit into payroll.......

It's actually stored in the database as minutes and calculated to the .00 at the time the report is run. We've had a few people as for the report in HH:MM as such we are adding to the the release dur out at the end of this month.
